JSN Properties owner Jeff Nissani has arranged a 5,000 square foot office lease in the Penthouse of the Radio Wave building at 49 West 27th Street for Cogent Entertainment Marketing, an Influencer Marketing Agency. Cogent’s new office space was formerly home to the renowned engineer Nikola Tesla where it is the known location surrounding Nikolas’ development of the Radio Wave. Tesla serves as the inspiration for Tesla Motors which is headed by Billionaire Entrepreneur Elon Musk.

“Cogent needed to find a space that exemplified its own brand of excellence that attracted Millenials while simultaneously being an environment in line with its recent awards by Crain’s and Ad Age as one of the best places to work in 2017,” said Jeff Nissani Cogent’s exclusive broker. “Since I understood the company culture and brand we were able to come together and immediately identify a location and workspace that would be optimal.”

“The combination of Art and Science has been part of the DNA of Cogent since our launch in 2011 and it is only fitting our new home is tied to one of the most world’s most prominent creative and scientific geniuses,” said Cogent’s CEO Mark Zablow. “We are looking forward to landing our Cogent Blimp on the 10th floor and challenging ourselves to live up to the work Nikola conducted in this legendary space”.
